Interim Vice President, Client Activation

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Client Activation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex fund onboarding and migration programs, ensuring a seamless transition of high-volume investment funds into the company's operating model. This role demands a high level of ownership, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders, and driving exceptional delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key tasks include serving as the primary point of contact, managing communication, and providing clear status updates, as well as driving timelines, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks and issues. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial services operations, with a focus on client onboarding, migrations, or integration programs. A strong understanding of financial markets and operational processes is essential, as is a proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive outcomes in a complex, matrix environment. The role requires excellent communication skills in English, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to operate independently while managing competing priorities. Experience in large-scale onboarding or migration programs, particularly with German-domiciled investment funds, is a plus, as is familiarity with project management frameworks, process improvement, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong risk and governance mindset and be adept at maintaining appropriate documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
