Vice President, OPS Data Management & Quantitative Analysis

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Operations with a focus on CLO Regulatory and Investor Reporting. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on Collateralized Loan Obligations for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's strategic pillars, including a strong emphasis on client service, operational excellence, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities for this position include preparing and supporting CLO reporting in line with regulatory requirements, engaging with clients to agree on test results, and collaborating with various teams to resolve data issues. The role also involves acting as a liaison between different service areas and incorporating feedback from clients and auditors. Applicants for the Vice President role should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification preferred. A minimum of 7-12 years' of experience is also preferred, particularly in the areas of quantitative finance, technology, CLO, structured finance, or fixed-income reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytical roles such as financial modeling, valuation models, and data analytics, and proficiency in VBA, SQL, and Python is considered valuable. The role requires a candidate with a strong analytical and technical skill set, as well as the ability to manage a team of 7-10 FTEs.
