Applicants for the Head of Controlling role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in controlling, finance, or FP&A, with a strong background in team management. The role demands excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes, as well as the ability to analyze financial results and make business recommendations. Experience in large-scale organizations with complex operational structures, proficiency in Excel and BI tools, and a background in ERP systems are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in M&A projects, be familiar with modern automation, data analytics, and AI solutions, and hold certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or an MBA.
