The Company is seeking a Head of IT Architecture and Cybersecurity to take on a pivotal role in defining and executing the IT architecture and cybersecurity strategy for a regional aviation hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of IT architecture, including defining reference and domain architectures, establishing long-term IT roadmaps, and leading the Architecture Review Board. In addition, the role involves driving cybersecurity maturity programs, managing high-priority incident responses, and ensuring robust risk mitigation across both public and private cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT architecture and cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, and a strong background in critical infrastructure or aviation environments. Key responsibilities for the Head of IT Architecture and Cybersecurity include owning and leading the Architecture Review Board, working with external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and partnering with the capital investment team on technology initiatives. The role also requires the implementation and operationalization of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and direct management of daily security operations. The candidate should have a deep understanding of core cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, Essential 8, and SOCI compliance, and possess strong capabilities in vendor and compliance governance. Strategic and capital planning experience, as well as the ability to guide business verticals in IT architectures, risk management, and security controls, are essential for this position.
