The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Systems and Data to spearhead the centralization and transformation of its software development, enterprise applications, and data management. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's enterprise systems and data strategy, with a focus on establishing a Single Source of Truth, enabling real-time enterprise data, and supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives. This senior leadership role involves leading the consolidation of various teams, designing and implementing an Event-Driven Architecture, and driving enterprise architecture governance to improve operational efficiency and business agility. The Head of Enterprise Systems and Data will also be tasked with managing technology portfolios, budgets, and strategic digital transformation programs, as well as mentoring and leading high-performing technology teams. Applicants for the Head of Enterprise Systems and Data position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being advantageous, and a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in enterprise systems, software engineering, enterprise architecture, or related fields. A strong technical background is essential, including expertise in Event-Driven Architecture, microservices, API management, and DevOps practices. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in industries such as textile, garment, FMCG, automotive, or electronics, is highly preferred. The role requires a leader with proven experience in enterprise-scale ERP implementation, digital transformation, and a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and change management skills are also necessary, along with the ability to engage effectively with executive management and multinational stakeholders.
