Head of IT, Manufacturing

The Company is in search of a Head of IT to lead its digital transformation and centralize enterprise technology across all business units. This pivotal role involves driving the transition to an event-driven architecture, establishing a single source of truth, and enabling real-time enterprise data to support Industry 4.0 initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating software development, ERP, enterprise systems, and data teams into a centralized function, defining and governing the enterprise architecture roadmap, and championing the migration to modern, agile technology solutions. A strong background in enterprise systems management, deep technical expertise, and proven leadership capabilities in digital transformation and ERP modernization are essential. As the Head of IT, you will be at the forefront of transforming how technology supports business operations, with a focus on designing scalable, secure, and reusable platforms. The role requires a leader who can foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing, while also ensuring the implementation of best practices in cybersecurity and technology management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in enterprise systems or software engineering, and a track record of leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation projects. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, smart manufacturing, and experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
