Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure and Chief Information Security Officer to lead its enterprise security program across banking and payments operations. The role owns security strategy, governance, cyber risk management, security operations, incident response, and audit and regulatory assurance. Responsibilities include strengthening API and application security, embedding secure development practices, and establishing safeguards for AI use. The executive will also oversee infrastructure, cloud services, operational resilience, and technical client support for mission-critical, around-the-clock services. They will build and develop teams, communicate risk to senior stakeholders, and ensure security enables business growth. Candidates should bring significant progressive information security experience, including senior leadership in a regulated financial services environment, and hands-on experience leading PCI DSS assessments and SOC 2 Type II examinations. Strong expertise in API, application, cloud, and DevSecOps security is required, along with practical knowledge of AI risks and governance. The role also calls for experience with auditors and regulators, infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments, and highly available systems, incident response, and disaster recovery. Proven team leadership and clear communication are essential; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are an asset.
