The Company is in search of a Senior Java Developer Solution Architect with a strong background in leading the technical design and delivery of mission-critical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving system architecture for cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves creating high and low-level designs, leading design reviews, and driving engineering excellence. The candidate will also be expected to mentor senior engineers, establish coding standards, and lead squads through the full software development lifecycle. Hands-on development is a key aspect, with a focus on building core services using Java, Spring Boot, and various other technologies, while optimizing for performance and operational excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in Java and Spring at scale, with a proven track record in delivering cloud-native and microservices architectures. Strong expertise in a range of technologies including Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST/GraphQL APIs, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and various database systems is essential. The role also requires a solid understanding of concurrency, performance tuning, and resiliency patterns, as well as demonstrated leadership in architectural forums and mentorship. While not mandatory, domain knowledge in areas such as payments, banking, or e-commerce, and experience with modern patterns like CQRS and event sourcing, are considered advantageous. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
