The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to serve as a senior security leader and strategic partner to the business group. The successful candidate will be accountable for defining and driving the business group security strategy, ensuring that security considerations are integrated into all business and operational decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of information security, cyber risk, regulatory requirements, and resilience frameworks, as well as the ability to influence and shape security investment strategies. The VP, Business Group CISO will also be responsible for fostering a strong security culture, leading a network of security professionals, and serving as the primary security advisor to the business group executive team. Applicants must have a university degree in a related discipline, relevant security certifications, and at least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, or related fields. The role demands a strategic leader with strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of advising senior global executives on technology and cyber risk matters, operating in highly regulated environments, and leading large-scale transformation or security initiatives. The VP, Business Group CISO will be expected to balance risk management with commercial and strategic objectives, drive informed decision-making, and act as a trusted advisor capable of challenging constructively when necessary.
