The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President - Systems Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, responsible for translating business needs into well-defined system solutions. This role is pivotal in the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of systems and applications, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and aligned with technical solutions. The AVP - Systems Analyst will gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, create system specifications, process flows, and functional designs, and work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to support the delivery of solutions. Applicants for the AVP - Systems Analyst position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in a technology delivery environment, familiarity with SDLC methodologies, and a background in data analysis, system interfaces, and process modeling are also required.
