Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to lead and oversee regional finance operations across multiple African and international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening governance, and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities for this senior role include leading divisional financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as overseeing financial reporting and performance across various entities and projects. The role also involves driving improvements in cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting timelines, ensuring effective financial controls, and partnering with operational and commercial teams to enhance profitability. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be CA(SA) qualified with 5-8 years' post-articles experience, and possess strong commercial finance and financial management skills. Exposure to international operations, cross-border transactions, and multi-country reporting is essential, as is a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and financial controls. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and develop regional finance teams. Experience in the Big Four and a willingness to travel internationally are advantageous.
