Head of Growth

The Company is in search of a Head of Growth to spearhead strategic client acquisition and revenue growth within the financial services sector. This senior commercial leadership role is pivotal in winning and nurturing high-value, multi-year partnerships with leading financial institutions, including those in banking, insurance, payments, fintech, and loyalty. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a financial services growth strategy, managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation. Key to this role is the ability to engage with executive and C-suite stakeholders, represent the organization as a trusted strategic partner, and consistently achieve growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate for the Head of Growth position at the company will have over 10 years' experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of securing large, complex enterprise accounts and closing six and seven-figure deals. Strong industry knowledge in financial services, particularly in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a degree in business, marketing, commerce, finance, or a related field, and a postgraduate qualification is advantageous. The candidate should possess strong executive presence, exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be commercially astute, strategic, and results-driven. An entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a highly consultative, relationship-focused approach are also key attributes for this position.
