The Company is seeking a Business Lending Operations leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a critical function that ensures commercial lending relationships are supported with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. This role involves not only managing operations but also developing and mentoring team members, championing process improvements, and fostering a high-performance culture. The Business Lending Operations leader will also be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the business lending function and will have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both the team and the organization. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 7 years' credit and/or lending experience, with extensive knowledge of commercial loan processing and documentation. The role requires the ability to lead and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion in all credit union matters. A self-starter with strong initiative, motivation, and accountability is essential, as are excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound business decisions while managing risk appropriately. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, strong technology skills, and proficiency with business systems are also necessary. A multi-lingual ability is preferred.
