The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its Residential Treatment Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to clinical teams, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient-centered care. This role involves the design, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based treatment programs, as well as the management of clinical staff, including supervision, training, and performance management. The Executive Director will also be tasked with program development, quality and compliance, and fostering collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external partners. Applicants must have a license-bearing Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant behavioral or mental health field, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a clinical population and at least 2 years' of supervisory experience. The role requires an independently licensed clinician, such as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist. Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health setting, as well as specialty experience in areas such as substance use or eating disorders, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory standards, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of ensuring compliance and driving measurable clinical outcomes.
