The Company is seeking a VP for Treasury Management with a strong background in developing new business and supporting client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving treasury fee income, developing new deposit business, and cross-selling treasury management and other products and services. This role involves working closely with Relationship Managers, making client calls, and identifying and recommending solutions to meet client needs. The VP will also be expected to develop and present written treasury proposals, conduct periodic reviews with top clients, and manage a portfolio of commercial clients. Applicants for the VP, Treasury Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years' of experience in treasury management sales or a related field. Essential qualifications include detailed knowledge of treasury management products and services, the ability to build strong relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and follow through the sales cycle. The role requires a candidate with a consultative approach to sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with a diverse client base. A CTP certification is preferred, and the candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Bankway, Salesforce, and Google Mail.
