The Company is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst with a strong background in commercial credit, particularly in the underwriting of complex transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting a variety of commercial loan transactions, including those secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, with a focus on cash flow, collateral evaluation, and the ability to make solid recommendations based on a comprehensive review of the request. The VP, Senior Credit Analyst will also be involved in periodic financial reviews, analyzing borrowing base certificates, and ensuring compliance with credit-related follow-up items. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit, with a specific emphasis on asset-based lending. The role demands a professional with highly developed analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make sound decisions. The VP, Senior Credit Analyst will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, stay abreast of industry and market conditions, and work closely with lending officers to support the structuring and analysis of potential transactions. Supervisory responsibilities may include providing coaching and mentoring to junior credit associates.
