The Company is seeking a VP for Construction Management - Disbursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct oversight and progression of Construction Management associates within the Consumer and Business Banking CM Team and Commercial CM Team. This role involves training, monitoring, and auditing the work of associates, as well as leading the team in budget reviews, cost breakdown summaries, loan draws, and error correction. The VP will also be tasked with driving efficiencies in the construction disbursing process, ensuring compliance, and collaborating on projects with cross-functional departments. Applicants for the VP position should have a High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 5-7 years' of experience in construction management. Advanced knowledge of construction and real estate is essential, as is the ability to manage and lead a team. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, the ability to work in a high-volume environment, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with professionalism. The VP will also be expected to perform on-site inspections, travel to different markets, and maintain third-party inspectors as needed.
