Vice President of Structural Engineering

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Structural Engineering to lead and expand its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the future of civil, structural, electrical, and geotechnical engineering, with a focus on utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, high-voltage, and wind projects. This role demands a professional with a strong technical background in structural engineering design, including experience with various foundation types, structural systems, and load analysis. The VP will be responsible for the daily operations, strategic growth, and financial management of the structural engineering department, and must be adept at making key decisions, ensuring process scalability, and driving innovation. Applicants for the Vice President of Structural Engineering position at the company should hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, with an SE license being a plus, and have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or structural engineering. A minimum of 12 years' of progressive structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years' in related energy projects, is required.
