The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinical Platforms and Product Development. This senior leadership role is pivotal in defining, building, and operationalizing the clinical platforms ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product development, platform strategy, and delivery execution across the clinical technology portfolio. Key responsibilities include leading the product strategy, engineering, and platform ownership, as well as driving the adoption of a product-centric operating model. The role demands a deep understanding of the full clinical trial lifecycle, digital health technologies, and significant leadership experience in product management, engineering, and operational delivery. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 12 years of experience in clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting client-facing engagements, managing vendor ecosystems, and leading complex PMO and enterprise delivery functions. Strong experience in digital health, AI/ML, and emerging technologies is essential, as is the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. The role also requires excellent stakeholder leadership, executive communications, and the ability to simplify complexity through clear ownership and streamlined processes.
