The Company is in search of an RN Executive Director Specialist for Hospice to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of assigned markets, including the employment of qualified hospice staff and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites. This role requires the individual to serve as the Administrator on record at the hospice agencies, oversee day-to-day operations, drive clinical quality, and ensure compliance with Medicare, state regulations, and company standards. The Executive Director Specialist will also be tasked with leading, coaching, and supporting hospice care teams, managing operational budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable team performance. Applicants must be Registered Nurses with a current license, have 3-5 years of leadership or sales/management experience in hospice, and possess a strong understanding of hospice operations and regulatory compliance. The role demands the ability to work independently, travel frequently, and be an effective communicator with strong decision-making and time management skills. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, and the candidate should be highly proficient with technology and digital platforms.
