Applicants for the Associate Dean position must have an earned doctorate in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in funded research, and a strong scholarly record. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large research programs, be adept at building interdisciplinary teams, and have a proven track record of success in procuring and managing sponsored research.
