Vice President of Building Asset Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Building Asset Management to oversee the strategic planning, organization, and leadership of the maintenance, renewal, and replacement of all vertical assets. This includes buildings and building systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, evaluating and integrating new technologies, and acting as a technical resource on infrastructure and systems matters. The role also involves representing the company in interactions with various stakeholders, preparing and managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The Vice President will lead a team of employees and outside consultants, and may serve as the senior leadership representative for building and system projects. Applicants for the Vice President of Building Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of project management and design oversight experience in a commercial service airport or a comparable industry is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public sector management, employee supervision, and a deep understanding of facility planning, design, and construction management. Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. The role demands a leader with the ability to inspire a professional staff, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
