The Company is seeking a VP, Product Owner to lead the management of complex, high-profile projects within the lending experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on integrating and optimizing AI/ML technologies. This role requires a key collaborator and thought leader who can drive innovation and change, particularly in the areas of intelligent document processing, automated underwriting support, customer service chatbots, and predictive risk scoring. The VP, Product Owner will also be tasked with owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, engaging with stakeholders across business units, technology teams, and executive leadership, and ensuring product success through effective communication and strategic decision-making. Applicants for the VP, Product Owner position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years' experience applying Agile methodologies. A proven track record in delivering complex technology products, particularly those powered by AI, machine learning, or natural language processing, is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of product management best practices, business analysis, process improvement, and AI/ML product lifecycle principles. Proficiency in Agile/PM tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are also required. Experience in the financial services sector, especially the mortgage industry, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
