The Company is seeking a Change Execution Management Lead - Vice President to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving transformational change at scale, with a focus on executing strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on clients and frontline teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading change execution, enablement, and readiness across multiple complex initiatives, converting strategic priorities into actionable plans, and aligning stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Key responsibilities include leading governance processes, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring strong operational readiness. The role demands a seasoned professional with a background in process improvement, product deployment, and a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks. Applicants for the Change Execution Management Lead - Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a background in mortgage banking, capital markets, or a related analytical field, with a proven track record in end-to-end process management, project leadership, and quality discipline. Proficiency in data analytics and automation tools is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams. The role requires excellent time management, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
