Vice President of Supply Chain

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Supply Chain to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and mentoring teams across various supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and customer fulfillment. This executive leader will be a key member of the executive team, partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure uninterrupted product availability and long-term business success. Key responsibilities for the role include strategic sourcing and procurement, planning and inventory management, logistics and distribution, operational excellence, and regulatory and quality partnership. Applicants for the Vice President of Supply Chain position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years at the Director or Vice President level. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in procurement, planning, S&OP, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management, particularly within highly regulated manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing global supply chain operations, enhancing planning capabilities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain transformation, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly within FDA-regulated and GMP environments, are essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, relevant certifications, and experience with international supply chains and ERP systems.
