The Company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer - Assistant Vice President to take on a senior-level role with a primary focus on building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading application systems analysis and programming activities, partnering with management teams to ensure the integration of functions, and identifying and defining system enhancements. This role requires the resolution of high-impact problems and the provision of expertise in application programming, with a strong emphasis on adhering to the overall architecture blueprint. The candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of business areas, particularly in the integration of architecture and infrastructure to achieve business goals, and be capable of providing in-depth analysis to develop innovative solutions. Applicants must have 8 to 12 years' of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis, with a hands-on background in web technologies, REST-APIs, multithreading, and backend development using Java/J2EE. Strong fundamentals in OOP, data structures, and algorithms are essential, as is experience in developing integrated solutions with a focus on non-functional requirements. The role also demands a fundamental understanding of cloud platforms, experience with database concepts, and a good grasp of design patterns and SOLID principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, project management, and clear communication, and should be adept at working with a variety of tools, frameworks, and technology stacks. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
