Assistant Vice President, Management Reporting Greater Chennai, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Management Reporting, to oversee cost reporting, governance, and performance tracking across regional and global teams. Responsibilities include managing actuals, forecasts, budgets, targets, and savings delivery; reviewing ledger movements and variances; and ensuring cost-policy compliance and accurate month-end submissions. The role also leads budget and forecast reviews, supports audit and control requirements, resolves reporting issues with finance and technology teams, and provides analysis for senior leaders. The successful candidate will lead a team and advance cost optimization, automation, and dashboard initiatives while maintaining sound data governance and controls. Candidates should have 13 or more years of relevant finance experience and a degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, or business. Strong proficiency in TM1 and Excel is required, along with experience supporting budget, forecast, financial planning, and month-end close cycles. Applicants should understand general ledger and accrual processes and be skilled in cost-driver variance analysis, financial controls, and reconciliations. Experience with Power BI, AI, or automation tools is valuable, as are strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including confidence engaging senior leadership.
