Associate Vice President, Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst Greater Chennai, India Area

The Company is seeking an Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst with a focus on Red Hat Linux and GRID Infrastructure L3 Support. This intermediate-level technical role is pivotal in providing Level 3 support, engineering, and operational excellence across a large-scale enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including leading the troubleshooting and resolution of complex server incidents, performing detailed root cause analysis, and designing and implementing server security hardening standards. Deep expertise in Linux administration, security hardening, automation, and configuration management is essential, as is the ability to manage vulnerability remediation activities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Applicants must have a strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration, GRID infrastructure, and troubleshooting, with advanced knowledge of Linux kernel, system performance tuning, networking, storage, and related technologies. Experience in enterprise server security hardening, vulnerability management, and hands-on experience with Ansible automation and playbook development are required. The role also demands a proactive approach to system health, capacity planning, and performance tuning, as well as the ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Familiarity with virtualization, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years' of experience in relevant technologies and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
