Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key partner in driving the organization's financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives. This role involves overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, tax, audit, and corporate finance activities. The successful candidate will also lead the financial evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and predictive analytics, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable growth. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a CPA certification, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 1 year as a CFO. Experience in multi-site healthcare finance operations is essential, with a strong understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and reimbursement models. The role requires a proven track record in building scalable financial infrastructures and experience in technology and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills, as well as strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. The CFO will also be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team and must champion innovation and data-driven decision-making while ensuring responsible and compliant implementation of financial and technological initiatives.
