The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Sponsor Payments within its Treasury Services' Financial Sponsors Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sponsor-backed treasury and payments solutions for portfolio companies. This role involves partnering with financial sponsor firms and their portfolio companies to identify, develop, and deliver a range of financial solutions, including treasury, payments, liquidity, and working capital. The Executive Director will also be tasked with driving new business and expanding existing relationships through consultative engagements and business process reviews. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in treasury and cash management, working capital, treasury consulting, or related fields. Experience with financial sponsors and a strong understanding of sponsor coverage models and portfolio operating priorities are essential. The role requires a proven track record in business development, consultative selling, and opportunity management. Strong knowledge of treasury and cash management fundamentals, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, the ability to influence and collaborate effectively, and a working knowledge of treasury services products and risk and control considerations.
