The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Advisor Transitions & Integration to play a pivotal role in the seamless onboarding and integration of new advisors and their clients. This leadership position is at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, particularly in the context of acquisitions, lift-outs, and strategic hires. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the integration strategy, operating model, and governance standards to ensure a smooth transition experience. This role demands a high level of strategic and operational involvement, with a focus on building trusted relationships, leading integration teams, and coordinating resources to meet the company's high standards of client service. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or certifications a plus) and a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, wealth management, or integration-focused roles. The role requires a proven track record in leading large-scale advisor transitions, acquisitions, or enterprise integrations, as well as the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brokerage and custody operations, client onboarding, and wealth management technology, and be adept at managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role also demands a clear alignment with the company's values of client-first excellence, partnership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
