Vice President, Business Analytics Greater Chicago, IL Area

The Company is seeking a Business Analytics Vice President to join their dynamic Data Analytics team. This high-visibility role is pivotal in managing strategy and operational insights for the global services function. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, monitoring, and reporting key management metrics, as well as leading the development of C-suite and executive presentations. The role involves direct interaction with senior stakeholders, and the VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data-driven insights and identify opportunities for engineering enhancements. Applicants must have at least 6 years of experience in analytics, information systems, operations research, or management consulting, with a strong background in quantitative and problem-solving skills. The role requires hands-on experience with a range of analytical and business intelligence tools, including SQL, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python, R, and Alteryx. A quantitative undergraduate degree is essential, and a background in financial services is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder partnership abilities, and be adept at managing a complex analytics book of work with a rigorous project management discipline. The VP will also be expected to collaborate with technology and data management teams to align on a roadmap for continual improvement, including advanced analytics and cloud adoption.
