The Company is seeking a VP, Enterprise Risk Analytics to provide strategic and technical leadership in the development of advanced analytical tools and reporting solutions for risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide, forward-looking analytics that identify and monitor risk trends, concentrations, and emerging risks. This role involves leading a global team of risk analytics professionals, overseeing analytical and reporting initiatives, and ensuring the use of data and analytics to drive efficiencies in risk management processes. The VP will also be instrumental in driving the use of AI and analytics to enhance BSA/AML/OFAC compliance and will be expected to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners to promote the value of analytical solutions. Applicants for the VP, Enterprise Risk Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field, with a preference for a Master's degree or MBA, and at least 7 years of experience in managing analytical teams within a consumer credit or risk analytics role. The role requires a leader with a strong technical background in analytical methods, programming, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics, capable of providing thought leadership and driving innovation in the use of analytics. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the consumer credit lending lifecycle, advanced reasoning skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience in risk transformation, including automation and standardization through advanced analytics, is also a key requirement.
