The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enterprise Initiatives and Project Execution. This pivotal role is focused on driving the organization's most critical cross-functional strategic priorities and enterprise transformation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-priority initiatives from conception to execution, orchestrating virtual, matrixed teams across various functions to ensure alignment, and translating complex corporate strategies into actionable project roadmaps. A key aspect of the role is the championing of operational rigor, an iterative and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to help teams move quickly from concept to execution. The role also demands a leader who can effectively manage risk, and change, and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least 10 years' in project leadership, program management, or strategic execution, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. A proven track record in specialty insurance or reinsurance is highly preferred. The role requires a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can influence without direct authority and is adept at strategic communication.
