Vice President, People Americas

The Company is seeking a Vice President, People Americas to lead and strengthen its regional people function across a complex, multi-business organization. The role partners with senior leaders on talent, organization design, and workforce planning, while aligning local HR teams around shared priorities. Responsibilities include standardizing HR processes and measures, building talent development and succession programs, and overseeing recruitment strategy and HR operations. The leader will also advance HR technology and people analytics, support employee relations and compliance, and contribute to broader organizational initiatives. Candidates should bring 13–20 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership or business partner roles, and a record of improving talent, processes, and HR operations. Experience leading HR across multi-site, multi-entity organizations in international or matrixed environments is required, along with executive advisory, change leadership, and the ability to influence across teams. Background in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or international B2B settings is preferred, as is experience supporting HR in Latin America and working with HR systems, people analytics, or AI-enabled tools. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field is preferred.
