The Company is in search of a Private Equity Senior Associate or Vice President to join its team. The successful candidate will be involved in the execution of market and industry research, financial modeling, valuation and returns analysis for various investment targets. This role also includes taking the lead on due diligence processes, monitoring the existing investment portfolio, and assisting with work related to operating and portfolio companies. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years' of investment banking experience in M&A with a reputable middle market or lower middle market bank, or related transaction advisory consulting experience, as well as 1-3 years' of private equity experience at a lower middle market fund. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred, and the candidate should possess superior financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Applicants for the Private Equity Senior Associate or VP position at the company should have a strong background in financial analysis and modeling, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
