Vice President, Investor Relations & Portfolio Monitoring, PE GP Stakes
About the Role
Greater Chicago, IL Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its PE GP Stakes team, with a primary focus on investor relations and capital formation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of investor-facing materials, including DDQs, data requests, fundraising updates, and pitch decks. This role requires a professional with a commercial and analytical mindset, capable of producing high-quality materials and managing cross-functional processes. The Vice President will also be involved in portfolio monitoring, valuation, and reporting, and is expected to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, partner GPs, LPs, and other external stakeholders. Applicants must have 7 to 12 years' of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related fields, with a strong background in private markets. The role demands excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a working understanding of GP business models and institutional investor decision-making. While not mandatory, experience in valuation, financial diligence, or IC-level analysis is a plus. The candidate should be adept at coordinating investor meetings, managing a global prospect pipeline, and representing the company at industry events. The position is well-suited for a professional who can work effectively across various teams and is committed to the long-term value creation and strategic capital deployment that the company is known for.
