The successful candidate will be responsible for the community's associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves creating and executing business plans, developing the team, and driving sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building a strong, inclusive community culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care, as well as engaging with local influencers and professionals to raise the community's profile. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' related operational leadership experience.
