The Company is seeking a Vice President of Claims to provide strategic leadership and direction for all default functions related to mortgage insurance claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to agency, GSE, and MI guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements and internal company policies. This role demands a leader with a strong focus on managing the end-to-end claims process, including the timely and accurate filing of claims, with the ultimate goal of maximizing recovery and improving process timelines. The Vice President of Claims will also be tasked with fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence, and will be accountable for the performance of high-performing teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Claims position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in leadership, with a proven track record in managing GSE and GNMA claims. A deep understanding of GNMA and GSE servicing guides is essential, as is experience with MSP/Black Knight products. The role requires a leader with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead multi-site or offshore teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally, and will be committed to driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational readiness in a dynamic and compliant environment.
