Managing Partner Greater Colorado Springs, CO Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Partner to lead the successful and profitable operation of a restaurant. Responsibilities include building strong teams through recruiting, interviewing, and hiring; directing managers and assigning responsibilities; and overseeing schedules, inventories, budgets, and profit-and-loss performance. The role also involves maintaining training standards, cleanliness, and safe food-handling practices, while developing team members and managers. The Managing Partner serves as the primary liaison for vendors and internal contacts and participates in regular regional meetings. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a General Manager or above, hands-on experience across front- and back-of-house operations, and the required state alcohol-server and food-safety manager certifications. Full-service casual dining experience is preferred, and experience with a scratch kitchen is an advantage. The role requires the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, stand for several hours, walk for extended periods, and bend, stretch, twist, and reach. English-Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
