Vice President of Divisional Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Divisional Finance to serve as a key financial partner to divisional leadership and support profitability, efficiency, and growth. Responsibilities include leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; analyzing results and identifying opportunities to improve margins and operational performance; and advising on land acquisition, pricing, procurement, and investment decisions. The role also oversees divisional financial controls and systems, supports reporting automation, and aligns divisional metrics and processes with enterprise standards. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and at least 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience; a master’s degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, financial controls, and operational finance is required, along with advanced financial modeling, spreadsheet, and enterprise reporting skills. Experience in homebuilding or construction, land acquisition analysis, and related financial metrics is preferred. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to combine strategic partnership with hands-on analysis; a CPA is preferred.
