The Company is seeking an AVP for Technology Infrastructure and Operations to provide enterprise leadership in the critical operational capabilities that ensure the stability, resilience, and continuous advancement of the technology environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad portfolio, including 24 x 7 enterprise command center and batch operations, major incident management, workload automation, and the advancement of artificial intelligence and AIOps capabilities. This role requires a leader with significant experience in complex, enterprise-scale technology operations, strong technical acumen, and a deep understanding of AI and AIOps concepts. The AVP will be accountable for strategic direction, operational standards, and the establishment of sustainable practices that improve technology operations and reduce operational risk. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology operations, engineering, service management, or a related discipline, with a preference for those who have managed large, integrated technology environments. The role demands a leader with exceptional executive presence, judgment, and communication skills, who can influence across organizational boundaries and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include financial management, operational vendor management, and fostering strong partnerships across various technology and business functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in SEPM and/or architecture, particularly in product ownership, software development practices, and technology lifecycle management, and must be adept at leading through ambiguity and translating operational challenges into clear, strategic priorities.
