Vice President, Business Banking Lending Finance Greater Columbus, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to support pricing analysis, forecasting, and management reporting for a business lending portfolio. The role partners with product, credit, and risk teams to shape pricing strategy from development through implementation and ongoing monitoring. Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, evaluating pricing requests, governing economic and capital assumptions, and analyzing profitability and performance. The successful candidate will also conduct scenario-based analyses, explain variances, recommend actions, and improve reporting tools and processes while maintaining strong controls. Candidates should have at least seven years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, banking, or a related analytical field, along with a bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, accounting, or a related discipline. Required capabilities include interpreting financial statements and performance drivers, advanced modeling and forecasting, business-case analysis, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Applicants should be able to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, collaborate across functions, influence decisions, and manage competing priorities with attention to detail. Experience with lending products, pricing frameworks, profitability analysis, and controlled model development is preferred.
