Vice President, Treasury & Servicing Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Treasury and Servicing Operations to safeguard and optimize cash and loan servicing operations across its funds, investments, and corporate entities. The role leads banking relationships, payment activity, account administration, cash reporting, and controls, while overseeing loan servicing activities such as receipts, disbursements, escrows, reserves, and payoff processing. The VP will manage service providers, strengthen operational controls, guide treasury and servicing systems and integrations, and assess operating models to support growth. The position also includes developing a small team and improving processes, efficiency, and service quality. Candidates should have a four-year college degree and at least 10 years of treasury operations and banking experience, including five or more years leading a multi-bank, multi-entity environment. Required expertise includes payment controls, online banking platforms, and experience implementing or maintaining a treasury management system; familiarity with loan servicing platforms is preferred. Working knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing and fund structures is important, with real estate or private equity experience preferred. Strong Excel skills, accuracy, sound prioritization, initiative, and clear communication are also required.
