Vice President of Product, Knowledge Management Greater Columbus, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product, Knowledge Management, to define product vision and strategy for a trusted, governed, AI-ready knowledge capability. The role leads the roadmap and product lifecycle, from discovery and research through backlog management, delivery, and measurement of outcomes. Responsibilities include building a centralized Finance knowledge foundation and establishing standards for content ownership, taxonomy, metadata, quality, versioning, and governance. The successful candidate will partner with technology teams to enable knowledge retrieval across AI systems and identify opportunities to improve automation and response accuracy. They will also work with senior Finance leaders and partners in legal, risk, compliance, design, and operations to align strategy and communicate progress. Candidates should have at least five years of product management or relevant domain experience, including four or more years leading knowledge management, search, or AI-powered information products. Required expertise includes product lifecycle management, knowledge content strategy and governance, taxonomy and metadata standards, AI readiness, and hands-on familiarity with AI systems and Retrieval Augmented Generation. Applicants should understand enterprise knowledge platforms, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs, and have experience leading Agile or Scrum teams with strong prioritization and backlog management. Finance domain knowledge, analytical ability, and excellent executive communication skills are required, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in regulated financial environments, agentic AI workflows, and platform-agnostic knowledge solutions is preferred.
