Vice President, Business Solutions Area Manager Greater Columbus, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Business Solutions Area Manager with a strong background in business banking relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Business Solutions Bankers, providing them with the necessary support, direction, and guidance to develop and manage a diverse portfolio of business and not-for-profit clients. This role requires a proactive leader with a proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships, as well as a deep understanding of deposit and cash management products, and business credit underwriting. The Business Solutions Area Manager will be expected to coach and develop their team in all aspects of client engagement, including identifying financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a world-class client experience. Applicants for the Business Solutions Area Manager position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on leading a team and managing client relationships. The role demands an individual with expert knowledge of banking, industry trends, and the ability to balance the needs of clients with the risk and interests of the firm. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and be highly proficient in MS Office tools.
