Vice President of Estimating, Mechanical Construction

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Estimating for Mechanical Construction. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and energizing the estimating process for all project bids, with a focus on developing competitive and strategic proposals. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and requires the establishment and strengthening of estimating practices, as well as the championing of innovative approaches for design-build and energy projects. The Vice President will also be responsible for transforming past project insights into forward-looking decisions and must be adept at managing priorities and meeting demanding deadlines. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in estimating HVAC and/or plumbing projects, with a strong proficiency in estimating software and related systems, particularly Quick Pen. The role demands excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to support a high-performance, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of leading a team and driving the company's estimating function to new heights. A background in mechanical construction and a proven track record in a similar leadership role are essential.
