The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Custody Services. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Custody Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional and award-winning services for complex fund structures. This role involves a range of critical tasks, including supporting new client mandates, representing the custody division in business pitches and client presentations, and leading the global teams to ensure the achievement of department goals and client deliverables. The EVP will also be involved in FTE and resource forecasting, staff coaching, and overseeing the daily operations of the global teams. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage client SLAs, generate KPI reporting, and contribute to the success of global processing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' of experience in fund administration, with a specialization in hedge funds and fund of funds, and a degree in accounting or a related field. A CPA designation is advantageous. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in project management, business planning, and budgeting, who can demonstrate the ability to multitask and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. The EVP will also be responsible for risk management, conducting operational reviews, and leading the development and maintenance of operational procedures and guidelines.
