The Company is seeking a Head of Projects to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the delivery of a diverse range of commercial, workplace, and facilities projects, including office fit-outs, M&E upgrades, building and infrastructure upgrades, and critical environment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Project Managers, ensuring the safe, timely, and profitable delivery of projects, and managing P&L, budgets, and project margins. Additionally, the role involves business development, leading bids and tenders, and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Applicants for the Head of Projects position at the company should have a strong background in project management within FM, construction, or critical environments. Experience in leading and developing Project Managers, as well as a proven track record in winning new business and managing bids and tenders, is essential. The role requires excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills, and a relevant technical or project management qualification is advantageous. The Head of Projects will be expected to manage project risk, commercial performance, and compliance, and to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing project team.
