Head of School

The Company seeks a Head of School to lead a close-knit learning community serving students from preschool through eighth grade. The Head will build on the school’s academic and spiritual foundations, guide its next stage of development, and foster scholarship, character, and spiritual growth. Responsibilities include inspiring and supporting faculty, engaging families, nurturing students, and strengthening the partnership between the school and parish. The role calls for a visible, relational, mission-driven leader who can champion challenging academics, whole-child development, and individualized attention. The ideal candidate will be an experienced educator and collaborative leader who understands the strengths of a small-school community. Warmth, accessibility, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to Episcopal education are essential. The Head should be able to support academic excellence alongside character development and spiritual formation, and to build strong relationships across the school community.
